This week is a perfect example of how weight gain ISNT always a bad thing. This week I gained two pounds despite eating clean and working out hard, however, I lost a total of 14 inches!!! How crazy is that? That is by far the most inches I have lost to date. Hopefully, I will see the numbers on the scale go down next week!
