As of yesterday, I have committed to running the Color Blast 5k with my husband and cousin! My goal is to be able to run the whole thing without stopping. Last night I started training. I ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill. My plan is to stay at 1.5 miles for the rest of the week then up it to 2 miles, 2.5 and so on. I HATE TO RUN so this should be quite the experience but I know I can do it!
